It is our last day at The Performance Improvement and KPIs Conference in Dubai and we are more than happy to end this premiering event on a positive note. POST CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

• KPI Essentials – Selection and Target Setting.

This workshop was facilitated by Teodora Gorski – Managing Director MENA, The KPI Institute, UAE. A session that provided professionals with a clear overview on the challenges of KPI management, KPI typologies and selection techniques as well as the necessary steps to enable measurement efficiency.

• Managing Healthcare Performance.

Presented by Mihai Toma, the Head of Professional Services at The KPI Institute, UAE, this workshop was designed to enable a smart, data-based decision making process, display the importance of a performance culture, improve communication amongst team members and teach participants how to manage strategic changes by using the right key performance tools.

• Key Techniques for Successfully Implementing a Balanced Scorecard.

This session was facilitated by Maitham Aloraibi, Management Consultant at The KPI Institute and it offered participants the chance to acquire a deeper understanding of the value and functionality of the Balanced Scorecard Management System. It also addressed BSC architecture standardization, KPIs and strategy in alignment with relevant objectives.

It’s day three at the Performance Improvement and KPIs Conference and we are ready to begin the Key Performance Indicators Excellence Forum. Now every participant has the chance to engage in any of the eight different business performance improvement scenarios – the perfect opportunity to acquire a complex overview on performance improvement.

We are diving into the subject of performance benchmarking in practice and we are taking a practical approach to functional area performance by aligning departmental KPI tracking to organizational strategy.

Another hot topic is Big Data, it’s integration and reporting. What you also need to know is that our panel discussion is focused on the GCC countries this time, analysing the state of performance improvement and KPIs, based on geographically customized inputs.

Last, but not least, we are learning how to manage performance and risk in an increasing higher education sector and we are discussing the challenges that you need to overcome as a performance management professional in a highly complex business environment.

The growing community of Romanian professionals passionate about performance management tools will get together in Sibiu on 26-27 October for the sixth edition of the annual Conference “Performance Management in Romania”.

This interactive program brings a hands-on approach to managing performance in a public sector entity, emphasizing the particularities of the sector.

• Building a Performance Culture – Friday Night at the ER.

Facilitated by Tudor Modruz, Business Research Analyst at The KPI Institute, this workshop addresses the challenges of collecting data, developing integrated Performance Management Systems and enabling a smart, data-based decision making process. This learning session brings a pragmatic approach to managing hospital performance and is dedicated to professionals interested in acquiring skills in measuring and improving performance within their institutions.

• Building Strategy Dynamics Business Models.

Kim Warren, the CEO and Strategy Writer at Strategy Dynamics Ltd, UK is the facilitator of this workshop.
